Returns and Defective Policy for Consumers

Following is the defective policy on different products

1.   oppocart Fixtures with Separate Drivers
  • The date of manufacture is printed on all products and ballasts/drivers and guarantee period of 2 years is printed on all the packaging.
  • Defective claim period for above products will be 2 years from manufacturing date printed on the product.
  • In the case of defective, we will first test the ballast/OPPOCART driver of the product. If the OPPOCART driver is found to be defective, we will consider only the OPPOCART driver for replacement and not the whole product. The same product can then be used with a new driver of the same specification, which can be ordered separately. We are not in a position to entertain any defective claim for fixtures received back. We can only provide replacement against the faulty driver.
  • Only if the fixture is damaged or the OPPOCART is defective, will the replacement of the whole fixture be considered.
2.   OPPOCART Bulbs, Tubes, Marina and other items with Integrated Drivers
  • The date of manufacture is printed on all products and ballasts/drivers and guarantee period of 2 years is printed on all the packaging.
  • Defective claim period for above products will be 2 years from manufacturing date printed on product
  • In the case of defective, we will provide replacement against defective products received.
Process

The defective product can be exchanged at the outlet from where you have purchased. You can also write to us at info@oppocart.com to find your nearest center where you can replace the faulty product.
